Lakeside Brewpub

Located along Roberts Lake in Rohnert Park, the Bear Republic Lakeside Brewery entailed a 11,500sf interior tenant improvement. The space consists of a new commercial kitchen, new brewhouse, beer garden, spirits bar and extensive outdoor patio. The new brewpub is an addition to its original location in Healdsburg and production facility in Cloverdale. The project also included façade upgrades, complete reimagination of the exterior beer garden, entailing exterior bar area, patio, landscape, lighting, and relocation of mature palm trees.
