Located in Santa Rosa, the Building 4 Renovation entailed a 85,000sf office renovation on an existing and operational commercial campus. The project included lab spaces, Quality Assurance spaces, acoustically isolated meeting spaces, new conference rooms with advanced AV systems, and other high-tech elements.
The schedule was extremely compressed (65 days) with a phased occupant move-in with the intention of bringing all displaced employees back to the company's campus after the October 2017 wildfires. The project was delivered on time and under budget to the client. Today, we have fifty (50) ongoing campus projects, which continue to be delivered on time and under budget.
