State of the Art Gym
Novato, California
Located in Novato, the Sonoma Fit Novato Gym entailed a 20,000sf interior build-out of a new state-of-the-art fitness facility. The facility contains three group fitness studios and indoor cycling, TRX, yoga, and circuit training spaces.
A cardio room features treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, ascent trainers, alpine trainers, rowers, stationary bicycles (some equipped with my ride technology), skiers, assault bikes, krankcycles, marpo rope trainers, and versa climbers. There is a dedicated TRX zone with TRX straps, free weights, kettlebells and medicine balls. A separate athletic training area has the heavy lifting equipment with a full line of Atlantis plate loaded equipment, an Olympic rig with bumper plates, multiple squat racks, a 60-foot turf field, and dumbbells up to 125 pounds. In addition, there is an outdoor turf area for members to take their workout outside.
