Located in Fairfield, the Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Imaging Center entailed the complete conversion of an existing office building into a 14,000sf of new medical office and imaging center space, which included a physical therapy rehabilitation center with exam, procedure, and imaging rooms, therapy gym, and reception area.
Work included selective building and site demolition, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Exterior improvements include new canopy, concrete walkways, facade, and ADA parking areas.
GMH self-performed the installation of medical equipment accessories, toilet accessories, and temporary barricades at building openings.
