Located in Sonoma, the Taub Family Outpost project entailed interior and exterior renovations for a new market, restaurant, full kitchen, and cocktail space. Located in the two-story adobe style stucco building on the southwest corner of the Plaza, the project required façade upgrades, complete renovation of the interior space to support the market, restaurant and lounge areas. Outdoor spaces were reconfigured to support social distancing.
The Outpost is a multi-faceted tasting room, retail market, full-service restaurant and hidden cocktail bar providing an immersive experience in the heart of Sonoma’s historic town square. Our convivial bi-level space offers a curated selection of local wine along with a comprehensive collection of imported wines from some of the world’s most renowned regions, all complemented by an ingredient-driven breakfast, lunch and dinner menu by Sonoma native, Chef Trevor Anderson.
