Located in Sonoma, the Tuscan Estate Addition project entailed the new construction of garage and office building with 3-story stair tower, site power upgrades, lifting and resetting a circa 1900 farmhouse on new foundation and subframe structure and a private wine storage facility. The project sourced the site’s stone and utilized Old World Venetian plaster to complement the existing estate structures.
